Returns & Refunds Policy
All our products are made-to-order and custom-printed especially for you, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges except in specific cases.
Accepted Returns/Refunds:
- Defective or Damaged Items — If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error (e.g., misprint, wrong design applied), contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or full refund (no return shipping required in most cases).
- Incorrect Item — If we send the wrong product (e.g., wrong design or style entirely), we'll cover a replacement or refund.
Not Accepted:
- Wrong size chosen by customer
- Doesn't fit as expected (please check our size chart!)
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse
- Wrong color selected
- Minor subjective issues (e.g., "feels thinner than expected" when it matches the listed specs)
We provide detailed size charts with measurements (chest, length, etc.) on every product page—please measure yourself and compare before ordering. Sizes can vary slightly by brand/style (e.g., Next Level vs. Gildan), and apparel fit is subjective.
